How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to NekoPulse for 14 days. We’ll connect to your data and deliver your first two weekly executive reports at no cost. You can cancel anytime during the trial through your billing portal, and you won't be charged a cent.
What data do you need from my SaaS?
We primarily need high-level operational metrics: retention rates, churn figures, and MRR. We connect via secure Webhooks or APIs to tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, or Stripe. Crucially, we do not need or store your customers' personal identity data (PII).
In what format are the reports delivered?
Every Monday at 8:00 AM, you’ll receive an email with your Executive Briefing in PDF format.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption. We act as a Data Processor, meaning you own your data. We only use it to generate the insights for your specific reports.
Can I customize the report metrics?

We do not store your end-users' personally identifiable information (PII).

We use the data strictly to:
- Generate and deliver your weekly executive PowerPoint/PDF reports.

- Manage your subscription and provide customer support.

5. 14-Day Free Trial & Subscription
When you sign up for our 14-day free trial, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time through your Billing Portal.
